Choice sets are used to give respondents a list of options to select within a dropdown menu. To add a new choice set to your ion console, please follow the steps below.<\/p>\n

  1. Click the Data Management tab in your console\u2019s side nav<\/li>\n
  2. Click Data Collection<\/li>\n
  3. Click the Choice Set tab<\/li>\n
  4. Click the title of a choice set category or add a new choice set category

  5. Click the blue \u201cNew choice set\u201d button
    \n\"\"<\/li>\n
  6. Give your choice set a label and optionally add a description<\/li>\n
  7. Optionally copy an existing choice set<\/li>\n
  8. Save

  9. To add a new choice, click the blue \u201cNew choice\u201d button<\/li>\n
  10. Give your choice a name. This is what respondents will see in the dropdown menu<\/li>\n
  11. Assign a value that will be saved when this choice is selected<\/li>\n
  12. Save<\/li>\n
  13. Repeat steps 8 – 11 until all choices have been added to choice set<\/li>\n
