Console owners can decide to give some users access to everything in the console or to only certain areas. This will include access to all libraries, portfolios and settings. Owner accounts can add new users to the console and delete data. If this box is checked, it is not necessary to check the other boxes, since the user will have access to all areas of your console.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Sell-sides<\/strong> (under <strong>Sell-side<\/strong>) &#8211; Users with sell-side access will be able to click the user timeline URL to review sell-side experiences with data collected by a given respondent. If this is the only box checked, the user will not be able to access anything within your console besides sell-side data. This level of access is typically given to members of a sales team who do not work in the console, but rather just need to be able to review information collected from respondents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>View authenticated creatives<\/strong> (under <strong>Live experiences<\/strong>) &#8211; This option is available for customers with SSO enabled and allows specific creatives to be restricted to authenticated users only. When enabled, the creative can only be viewed by users who have successfully authenticated via the configured SSO, preventing access by unauthenticated visitors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Data Collection<\/strong> (under <strong>Data management<\/strong>) &#8211; Users who can access this page will be able to create and edit data fields, choice groups and validation patterns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Integrations<\/strong> (under <strong>Data management<\/strong>) &#8211; Allows the user to open <strong>Data Management &gt; Integrations<\/strong>. A Console Owner can select this option directly under <strong>Settings &gt; Accounts<\/strong> or include it in a Permission Group. The <strong>Export global respondents<\/strong> action is available from the Integrations page. This option is not required for <strong>Actions &gt; Export respondents<\/strong> inside a portfolio or campaign.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Data Sources<\/strong> (under <strong>Data management<\/strong>) &#8211; The data sources screen is where you can create lookup tables.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Integrations &#8211; Account Credentials<\/strong> (under <strong>Data management<\/strong>) &#8211; Users with this access can add or edit third-party account credentials on the Integrations screen. These credentials are used by certain integrations for authentication purposes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Server Scriptlets<\/strong> (under <strong>Libraries<\/strong>) &#8211; Users with access to this screen can write\/edit server scriptlets within the Server Scriptlet library. Server scriptlets are used to perform advanced functions to reduce the number of rules required on a given page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Email Templates<\/strong> (under <strong>Libraries<\/strong>) &#8211; The Email Template Library is where users can create and edit emails that are sent to respondents after submitting a form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Forms<\/strong> (under <strong>Libraries<\/strong>) &#8211; The Forms Library is where table-generated and HTML forms can be created. These can be created instead of publishing freestyle forms directly into a given page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Frameworks<\/strong> (under <strong>Libraries<\/strong>) &#8211; This is where new themes can be uploaded to the console and existing themes can be edited. Developers whom code\/edit themes in your Ion console will need access to the Frameworks Library.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Fulfillment<\/strong> (under <strong>Libraries<\/strong>) &#8211; Users with access to the Fulfillment Library will be able to upload assets that can be made available to respondents to download from within a given experience. For example, if you want respondents to be able to download a PDF from an Ion experience, you would first upload that PDF to your Fulfillment Library.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Images<\/strong> (under <strong>Libraries<\/strong>) &#8211; The Image Library is a central location where your images are stored. You can upload new images to your Image Library. Images that you upload within your creative studio will also be stored here.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Scripts<\/strong> (under <strong>Libraries<\/strong>) &#8211; This is where you will add tracking scripts that can be pulled into the &lt;head&gt; or &lt;\/body&gt; tags in your Ion campaigns, creatives and\/or pages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Snippets<\/strong> (under <strong>Libraries<\/strong>) &#8211; Snippets are pieces of content that are stored in a central location. Snippets are stored here in a similar fashion to how text is copied to a clipboard. Snippets are stored here, but cannot be edited in the Snippet Library. Any snippet can be dragged into your Ion experiences to add that snippet content to a given page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Tags<\/strong> (under <strong>Libraries<\/strong>) &#8211; The Tag Library is where you can review the tags that have been assigned to your links. You can use the Tag Library to see where tags are being used.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Widgets<\/strong> (under <strong>Libraries<\/strong>) &#8211; The Widget Library gives users a place where custom interactive components can be coded\/edited. After coding a new widget, it can then be pulled into any Ion page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Portfolios<\/strong> (under <strong>Portfolio permissions<\/strong>) &#8211; All portfolios in your console will be listed here. You can check the box for each portfolio you would like a given user to have access to.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Permission Group Manager<\/strong> &#8211; On <strong>Settings &gt; Accounts<\/strong>, a Console Owner can assign <strong>Manager<\/strong> for each Permission Group. The user can open the portfolios and feature areas selected in that group. Within those areas, a Manager can create, edit, and delete portfolios and use the available add, edit, and delete actions. Manager applies only to that group; it does not make the user a Console Owner or give access outside the group. Only Console Owners manage accounts and Permission Groups.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Permission Group Editor<\/strong> &#8211; On <strong>Settings &gt; Accounts<\/strong>, a Console Owner can assign <strong>Editor<\/strong> for each Permission Group. The user can open the portfolios and feature areas selected in that group and work with existing content. Editors cannot create portfolios and do not receive add or delete actions reserved for Managers. Because each screen offers different actions, an Editor may be able to edit an existing item on one screen while another screen is view-only. Editor applies only to that group and does not make the user a Console Owner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>How Manager and Editor access combine<\/strong> &#8211; Each Permission Group on <strong>Settings &gt; Accounts<\/strong> shows <strong>Unassigned<\/strong>, <strong>Editor<\/strong>, and <strong>Manager<\/strong>. A user can belong to more than one group, and Ion combines those groups with any boxes selected under <strong>Individual feature &amp; portfolio permissions<\/strong>. If the same portfolio or feature area is assigned both ways, individual access or Manager access applies to that item. It does not change a different item the user receives only as an Editor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Raw respondent CSV export<\/strong> &#8211; Console Owners, Permission Group Managers, and Permission Group Editors can download a CSV with global raw respondent data. To export, <strong>Integrations<\/strong>\u00a0needs to be checked under\u00a0<strong>Data management<\/strong> on the user settings screen. The user can then open\u00a0<strong>Data Management > Integrations<\/strong>\u00a0from the left-hand menu and select\u00a0Export global respondents. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">All Ion users can export respondent data for a portfolio or campaign. On the portfolio or campaign level, the user selects <strong>Actions > Export respondents<\/strong>. The checkmark for <strong>Integrations<\/strong> on the user settings screen or a Manager role are not required. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If an export action is not shown, contact <a href=\"mailto:help@ioninteractive.com\">Ion Support<\/a>.
