The supplied Training example below shows the current search workflow; this example contains no UTM values and is included only to show where to begin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/ioninteractive.com\/ionacademy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/academy-current-20260723-task4356-training-respondent-search.png\" alt=\"Current Training Search Respondents results for the supplied example\" class=\"wp-image-8781\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Now that you know how the data is saved under the respondent record, you need to set up the fields of your integration to have these data passed through. You&#8217;ll need to create one field for each UTM Parameter you may have on your URL. In this example, we have 5 parameters, so it will require 5 new fields to the integration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You have to access your integration field mapping as per the below screenshot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/ioninteractive.com\/ionacademy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/academy-current-20260723-task4356-training-respondent-detail.png\" alt=\"Current Training respondent detail for the supplied example\" class=\"wp-image-8783\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Now you will create a new Outbound Field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/ioninteractive.com\/ionacademy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/academy-current-20260723-task4356-training-field-mapping.png\" alt=\"Current Training integration field mapping\" class=\"wp-image-8785\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then you will create a Mashup Template, using <a href=\"https:\/\/ioninteractive.com\/ionacademy\/dynamic-content-insertion\/\">dynamic content insertion<\/a>, as per the below screenshot. This way, no matter what content you have under utm_campaign, it will be passed through this integration field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/ioninteractive.com\/ionacademy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/academy-current-20260723-task4356-training-new-outbound-field.png\" alt=\"Current Training new outbound field editor\" class=\"wp-image-8787\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this example, we are editing a delimited file integration, so you need to give the column a header and then hit save. Repeat this step for each field you need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/ioninteractive.com\/ionacademy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/academy-current-20260723-task4356-training-new-outbound-field.png\" alt=\"Current outbound field configuration for a mapped value\" class=\"wp-image-8790\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After creating all the fields, your Field Mapping should look like this, and all the data will be passed into your integration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/ioninteractive.com\/ionacademy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/academy-current-20260723-task4356-training-field-mapping.png\" alt=\"Current integration field mapping with outbound fields\" class=\"wp-image-8792\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you have more than one integration and want to make it easier to add the fields, you can create the fields within your data field category. The title can be any name you want, but the data name must be equal to your UTM parameters.
