The user can then open <strong>Data Management &gt; Integrations<\/strong> from the left-hand menu and select <strong>Export global respondents<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>For one portfolio or campaign:<\/strong> the user opens that item and selects <strong>Actions &gt; Export respondents<\/strong>. The checkmark for <strong>Integrations<\/strong> on the user settings screen or a Manager role are not required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If an export action is not shown, contact <a href=\"mailto:help@ioninteractive.com\">Ion Support<\/a>. This article covers downloaded CSV files, not respondent answers viewed through Ask Ion.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Download respondents across the console<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Ask a Console Owner to give the user <strong>Integrations<\/strong> access using one of these two paths:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Individual access:<\/strong> open <strong>Settings &gt; Accounts<\/strong>, select the user, find <strong>Individual feature &amp; portfolio permissions &gt; Data management<\/strong>, select <strong>Integrations<\/strong>, and save.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Permission Group access:<\/strong> open <strong>Settings &gt; Permission Groups<\/strong>, select the group, select <strong>Integrations<\/strong> under <strong>Data management<\/strong>, and save. Then open <strong>Settings &gt; Accounts<\/strong>, select the user, choose <strong>Editor<\/strong> or <strong>Manager<\/strong> for that Permission Group, and save.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Sign in as the user who will export the file.<\/li>\n<li>Open <strong>Data Management &gt; Integrations<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>Export global respondents<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Leave <strong>Include only converted respondents<\/strong> selected, or clear it to include all respondents.<\/li>\n<li>Enter the <strong>From start date<\/strong> and <strong>To end date<\/strong>, then select <strong>Export<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>The export is queued and runs in the background. You can leave the page.<\/li>\n<li>When the file is ready, Ion emails the address on your user account. The subject starts with <strong>Your global respondents export is ready<\/strong> and ends with the file name. Select the link in that email to download the CSV. The link works for 48 hours.<\/li>\n<li>You can also download the file from the <strong>Recent exports<\/strong> list on the same page, which shows each request as <strong>Queued<\/strong>, <strong>Running<\/strong>, <strong>Ready<\/strong> or <strong>Failed<\/strong>. The file name appears once the export is <strong>Ready<\/strong>, and after 48 hours it shows <strong>Link expired<\/strong> and you run the export again.<\/li>\n<li>If the export cannot be completed, Ion emails you to say so and no file is produced.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><strong>Download respondents from one portfolio or campaign<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Open the portfolio or campaign you want to export.<\/li>\n<li>Open <strong>Actions<\/strong> and select <strong>Export respondents<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Leave <strong>Include only converted respondents<\/strong> selected, or clear it to include all respondents.<\/li>\n<li>Choose the date range. On a portfolio export, you can select <strong>Entire period<\/strong> instead.<\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>Export<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>When the file is ready, select the generated filename to download the CSV.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Who can export: All Ion users can export respondent data and they can be set up with the permission to download CSV files with global raw respondent data.
