How ion Collects Data: Part 3 – Exporting Data

Ion can deliver collected respondent data immediately, on a schedule, or when a rule runs. Build the field mapping and integration under Data Management, then apply the integration to the appropriate creative rule.

Current Run integration Page Rule action — Choose Run integration in Page Rules, select the configured integration, and apply the rule after reviewing its condition.

Email and file exports

Deliver lead via formatted email for an email containing selected respondent fields.
FTP or email delimited file (.csv) export for scheduled file delivery.
