How-To: Add a Link Within Text

You can add a hyperlink directly to words in a Text element.

Current interface

Current Creative Studio inline text editor and Link control
Select text and use Link in the current inline text editor.
  • Select the Text element and open the text editor.
  • Highlight the words that should be linked and choose Link.
  • Enter the destination URL and choose the appropriate target behavior.
  • Apply the change, save the page, and test the link from a live URL.

Use descriptive linked text so the destination is clear to visitors and assistive technologies.
