The Ion Iteration project creates for you an iterative version of a preexisting interactive content experience. We will make a copy of an existing creative and perform predefined edits to the content to accommodate the different approach you are looking for.
Everything you need to know about this agreement
The scope of this project consists in 1 (one) iterative version of a preexisting interactive content experience, including edits based on copy translation, minor design changes such as colors and imagery, and placement of call-to-actions or forms throughout the experience. Includes 1 (one) single round of consolidated revisions.
The following activities and deliverables may take place through the course of your agreement:
- Support of a CSM to align on the project’s goals, particularities, scope, and timeline, from kickoff to completion
- One single round of consolidated revisions to the predefined edits requested
This particular project is not meant to provide strategic advisory in the design of your content strategy and does not include (1) content strategy and content ideation, (2) copy and logic production, (3) updates to the Ion Theme, (4) custom feature and advanced logic, (5) maintenance of the iteration moving forward, and (6) any additional assets and out-of-scope requests. These items are available in our solutions portfolio and can be purchased separately, please talk to your sales representative for further details.
The full price of an Ion Iteration project is $5,000.
Timeline of the Ion Iteration project
This project has an average duration of 2-3 weeks starting from when the complete creative brief is provided by the client, and will strongly rely on the active participation of your team throughout the project execution to meet the intended timeline.
This is the phase to duplicate an existing interactive experience and apply the preestablished changes and updates to bring the iteration to life, including changes to the copy, imagery and logic, CTA replacements and form updates, and language translation and localization.
This is the phase for the client to provide the single round of feedback for the iteration previously delivered. Revisions at this stage should only be related to the preestablished changes and updates within the agreed scope.
This is the phase to apply final touches from latest feedback and have the theme fully ready for usage. Once we only have a single round of feedback, the project will be automatically closed after incorporating the feedback from the client.
This is the phase to apply final touches from latest feedback and have the iteration fully ready for launching. Once we only have a single round of feedback, the iteration will be moving forward to the next step automatically.
This is the phase to fulfill a final QA process and run browser tests to make sure all best practices have been followed before making the iteration live. Please note that we do not do GoLives on Friday because, at this point, we are not able to provide support during weekends if anything goes wrong.
